Shipping policy
Your shipping price will be quoted at checkout which applies to most orders.
Please see below for any exceptions.
- Our fulfillment time is 7-10 working days which includes shipping.
- Shipping is done Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Please make sure you have an available Pargo Collection Point near you before placing your order.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification and will be able to track your order online.
- Orders should take 3 to 5 working days to arrive once shipped.
- Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays, although they can be collected from the Pargo Pickup Points if they are open.
- For incorrect, damaged or faulty products, the shipping costs both ways will be for The Happy Click Co.'s account.
- Please note orders may take longer in outlying areas.
